Estimated Team Fees for 2025

The following will provide you with estimated fees so that you can plan for the upcoming volleyball club season. Optional fundraising opportunities will be offered to support families and their athletes.
Fee Estimate will be available prior to tryouts each year.

Fees are broken into 3 areas: Player Fees, Apparel, and Travel Fees

Player Fees

*This larger fee is payable in one lump sum at the annual parent meeting in December or a deposit can be paid by December 15th followed by a second payment for the remainder be Feb 1st.  Each team's  fees and deposits can be found below.

Apparel Fee

Team Hoodie

Game jerseys (2 for Age groups 14U-15U, 1 for U12/U13 age groups)

Players are responsible for ensuring they have black volleyball shorts, court shoes/socks, kneepads and any other non-essential gear.  (athletic tape, braces, insoles/etc)  The team store will have many of these items including  practice jerseys, backpacks, supporters gear, etc - the costs of these optional extras is NOT included in the Apparel Fee estimate

**The full apparel fee is due at the parent meeting in December with credit card as the clothing is ordered and paid for instantly through the online store.


Travel Fees

Player and Head Coaches accommodation expenses

Coaches flights and transportation expenses

Team rental vehicles/buses/Ubers and gas. (ground transportation)

*This fee does NOT include the players flights to 15U Canada Youth Indoor Volleyball Nationals in Edmonton for teams that will attend, or any other air travel/ground transportation as this can not be booked before tournament details are confirmed. The travel fee is due on March 1st of each year as it will depend on the number of players on each team, number of tournaments entered, locations, travel etc.
When travelling players will be supported to organize meals, but are expected to bring funds to purchase their meals/etc.
